Choose your own | Teaser Week - Day & Activity 3

Welcome to another post on my blog. In today's post, I am going to start and do the Teaser Week for the Summer Learning Journey. It is almost the end of the year and we are going to start our holidays. The Summer Learning Journey is a holiday programme where we do blog posts over the summer holidays. This is because we don't drop down in our reading and writing. Because over the holidays, we have so much fun and not do any reading or writing, so we drop down in our scores. Let's go back to Teaser Week.

So we are doing the Teaser Week because we can get practice before the real thing. So what I have chosen is to choose my own task. So I have to choose a scientist, technologist or inventor who I think has changed the world.

I have chosen Elon Musk because he is a really good inventor and technology entrepreneur.

In this activity, I have to choose a person and read about them. On the blog, I have to provide with:

1. The name of the person
• Elon Musk
2. A description of what work they do/have done 
• Invented Musk electric jet, Tesla Motors (electric car), SpaceX (Falcon rocket), X.com (PayPal - e-payments), Hyperloop, Zip2 (online city guides), SolarCity (solar-power systems), Web-based phone calls, Location-specific searches, Blastar (video game) and more.
3. An explanation of how they/their work has had an impact on the lives of others
