The Italian Dictator, Benito Mussolini | Power to the People

Today, in Power to the People hurumanu, we started looking at Heroes and Villians of the past and present. First, we discussed, 'Who is a Leader?' and 'All Leaders Are...', which was interesting and good to know many types of ideas.

Next, there were a few famous leaders of the past and present which had their leadership qualities and bad qualities. One example is Adolf Hitler, two of his leadership qualities is that he is a good speaker and is not afraid of enemies. Three of his bad qualities is that he is a dictator, he lied and created fake news about his enemies.

After looking at 5 to 6 leaders, we got into our first task. Out of the 32 leaders, we had to choose one leader (hero or villain) and create a timeline about them to outline key events which occurred in their life. The timeline begins with their birth then outlines all key events of their life until their death or present day.

I chose a villain, Benito Mussolini, which was a prime minister of Italy and a dictator too. For more information look at the timeline infographic that I created.
