P.E. Reflection on Bench Ball

7/8 DS and 7/8 SH came from the gym for P.E. (Physical Education). We had to answer some questions about what we had done.

Reflection Questions

• What games did you play today?
• Bench Ball
• Silly Banana
• Which one did you enjoy the most & why?
• I enjoyed Bench Ball because it is a really enjoying game. You have to use your skills of passing accurate, catching, throwing, and communicating. It was quite challenging.
• What game did you find challenging and why?
• Bench Ball was also a challenging came because at the end you have to throw to the end of the court (the bench). Some players were really good at defending so I couldn't pass it to the player on the bench.
• One of the goals was to listen... What skills do you need to have to be a good listener?
• Looking at the person who is talking. Concentrate on the person who is talking. Not getting distracted.
• What communication skills did I need to have when playing Bench Ball?
• Calling out the name of the player who has the ball. Listening out if someone is calling your name. Asking for the ball to come to you. Encourage our team members  Plan before the game.
• What skills do I need to work on for my next lesson?
• More on communicating on others.
