Jumping on the Air Bag - Trekkers Big Day Out

We left at 3:56 to go to Mega Air. We decided to arrive at 4pm. My sister's friend family came the same time when my family arrived. It took some time for my friend and his brother to come to Mega Air. When I waiting for my friend and his brother to come they came. The prize for each kid was $10.00. Remember last year, I went to Mega Air with the seniors at the Trekkers Big Day Out. My favorite parts were Dodge Ball, Air Bag and Basketball. But this time it felt different, because there wasn't much people there. I said to my friend, "Lets go on the Air Bag." My friend and family hasn't been to Mega Air before. My friend said, "Khush you can go first." I accepted.

After going on it it felt weird on the Air Bag. I didn't know why. After going on the Air Bag for a few times I wanted to get out. When I got out my sister and my sister's friend went on the Foam Pit. My sister went slowly in the Foam Pit because it was also her first time at Mega Air.

My friend and I went to 'The Alps' (The Alps is to climb up the boxes as the mountains and jump down to the trampoline), the instructions said 'If you can jump on the box you can jump off the box'. I tried to jump on the box, after some tries I went on the box. I ran from the end of the tramp and jumped on top of the box. My friend couldn't jump on the box. My friend always went around the trampoline. My friend said, "Khush can you jump on the high box?" I said, "I can try, but I think that it is too high." I ran from the end of the trampoline and ran to the box. I jumped and stopped. I couldn't do it, I could jump the lower box. After 1 or 2 tries, My friend jumped on top of the box.

I felt bored jumping on the box. I decided to play Basketball, my friend was watching me playing Basketball, then he wanted to play Basketball with me. I said to my friend, "Can we score?" my friend replied, "We could." The first score was by my friend when he started playing.

After some scores...

My friend said, "Can we go to the Air Bag." "Yea." I replied. When we were nearly at the Air Bag. The alarm rang. (The alarm means that session was over.) We went in the trampoline at 4:30. (We played for half an hour.) We said to the Mega Air receptionist that we played for half an hour. The Mega Air receptionist said yes for today, but they warned us to be early next time, you can play for 10 minutes. I said to my friend to play on the Air Bag. When I went they were closing down the Foam Pit. I didn't want to go on the Air Bag because there wasn't any security people.

AMF Bowling Garden City 🎳!!

As you know I went to AMF Bowling Garden City with my friends and family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. My 2 friends were there Dev and his little brother. It was a awesome day!! I couldn't wait to play! I will tell you what I did...

After having dinner we went to the car to go to AMF Bowling Garden City. I couldn't wait. First it was my sisters turn, my sister got a spare. We had a long and awesome game as well my sister won, she got 93 points. 2nd Place was Dev, he got 87 points. I was 3rd place, I got 75 points.

The 2nd round. First bowl for round 2, my sister got, 3 points with a gutter ball on the first roll. It was easy to beat my sisters score. Dev's brother got 6 points. Dev got a, STRIKE! On his first try. I got also 6 points. The game went a turning point. I was leading the match then suddenly Dev came first with a Spare. Last time we went bowling some of the pins were fallen down by no reason? This time there was only one time that happened. Then my sister came in.

It was our last bowl for the game. It was my sisters turn she got a ... Spare. She reached about to a hundred. I couldn't believe it but (In the middle of the game my sisters point went 17 points higher. That happened 2 times. She was 34 points higher.) I tied to complain the counter lady that my sisters points are 34 points higher. The counter lady said "How can it be possible the maximum you can get is 10 points." I went back. I didn't accept my sisters score. It was my sisters last bowl again because (You can get another turn when you get a Strike or a Spare on your 2nd try.) She got 4 points. Her score total was 113, but her normal total was 92. It was Dev's turn he wanted to get a hundred to beat my sister but he couldn't. He got 93 points. It was my turn I was on 89 points I needed 4 points to beat him. In my first try I got 5 points, I had already won. My second try I got 5 points again, I got a Spare. The 3rd and last try I got... 4 points. That means that I got 103 points. The TV 📺 screen said my sister won with 113 points? We had a awesome game. But still I won the 2nd game. We gave the shoes back to the counter and went to the games.

The first game I chose was the Jackpot! I wanted to get another Jackpot as last time. I tried few times on that game and nothing happened, the score was nearly 995 or 1005 but nothing happened. I had the last game I chose was Deal no Deal. I wanted to get about 75, 100 or 400 tickets. I didn't wanted to get less than 50 tickets My Dad chose the secret number. (The secret number is how many tickets you get at the end of the game.) The start of the game started with the low numbers. At the end, it came with 400 tickets and 100 tickets. There were only 1s, 4s, 10s and 75 tickets. The next box I opened was 10 tickets. The bank said about 18 tickets. I pressed 'No Deal'. There was only 1 ticket and 75 tickets. The secret box I got was...

ONLY 1 TICKET!

I didn't believe it! I got only 1 ticket?

My Dad gave me a last coupon (Coupon is a silver coin for the AMF Bowling Games).

Now it was time for the prizes. My sister got some prizes like a ring and other things. My Dad said that "Next time at Bowling it will be your turn for the prizes." Dev and his brother saved up the tickets for next time for Bowling. My sister's friend got a ring (like my sister) and 2 lollipops.

AMF Bowling - Garden City Trip

Today I am going to have a another fun day at 7:00 🕖 at AMF Bowling with my family and friends. Remember the last time I went to AMF Bowling with my friends - Ameya, Aryan, Dev and other 2 friends. With Ameya winning the 2 games. Today there is Dev with his brother and my sisters friend. I hope that I get a jackpot again. It is going to be a awesome night today! Jellie Park

As you know or don't know I had a really good time with my family at Jellie Park. My favorite part was the swimming pool at the end. I will tell you what I did at Jellie Park...

We left at 3:40 to Jellie Park. My sister and I were really excited to go to Jellie Park. When we arrived at Jelly Park and went to the pools. First thing we went to a mini pool. My Mum and Dad practiced my Sister swimming. I was alone playing by myself. After 10 minutes we went out of the pool and went to the Preschool Pools.

It felt a bit colder than the last pool that we went. But after it felt normal. There was another pool on top that was a bit hot. So around after 4 minutes after my Sister and I went to the top pool. It was angled as a slope. It felt boring for me on that pool. I wanted to go to the spa pool and get my goggles.

After I took my goggles, my Mum, my sister and I went to the spa pool. The water was bobbling as a volcano 🌋 going to explode, I mean not that bobbling, but you get it right? It was nice and hot. I felt it like it was hotter than when I went to the spa pool at Hanmer Springs. There were some bubbling parts in the spa pool. It was a bit hurting by back.

After 5 minutes of resting I felt bored in the spa pool so I thought "I want to go to the deep pools."
I wanted to have a try jumping in the pool but I wanted to have a check how hot or cold is it. When I checked the water it was freezing cold because I came out of the Spa Pool. I went back in the Spa Pool. I wanted to swim in the deep pool but it was cold. After a few tries going in the pool I decided that it doesn't matter if I feel cold in the pool but I will go in the pool. It fell cold in the starting but it felt normal after. I did some dolphin dives in the water. But then we had to go home. We had a really awesome time at Jellie Park.

Cultural Dance

For the last 3 weeks we've been learning about Cultural Dances. We've done the Māori culture and the Samoan Culture. The year 5's have done the 'Samoan Sasa'. The year 4's & 6's boys have learnt how to do the 'Māori Christchurch Super Haka' and the year 4's and 6's girls have learnt how to to the 'Tī Rakau'. We've been lucky because Ms Bell has gave the idea for the dance and has helped the year 4's and 6's. I hope you like my Cultural Dance post. Have a cool 😎 day!! Bye!!
