Fun Facts - Saturn
Today I am going to post about 12 Fun Facts about Saturn. I got these facts from www.factslides.com, but they are not copied. One of my favorite things is Space so I am going to tell you some facts about the 6th planet, Saturn. I didn't had anything to do so I chose to tell you facts about Saturn. 1. Did you know that Saturn's rings are not solid. They are made up with small parts of dust, ice and rock.
2. If you put Saturn in water it will float?!
3. Titan's (Saturn's Moon) atmosphere, is so thick and the gravity is so low, that humans could fly by flapping 'wings' attached by their arms.
4. By 5 to 6 million years from now, the sun becomes red giant, Titan, Saturn's moon will become hot for life to live for humans.
5. Almost 1,600 Saturn's could fit in the sun.
6. Saturn's moon, Enceladus (Saturn's 6th largest moon) has a ice volcano.
7. You could see the five planets, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn from your naked eye.
8. Saturn's rings are just younger than dinosaurs. Saturn's rings were formed just 100 million years old.
9. Venus, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune's gravity surface are quite similar than Earth.
10. Did you know: Saturn's rings are about 30 to 300 feet (9 to 30 meters) thick.
11. Jupiter has 67 moons, Saturn has 62, Uranus 27, Neptune 14, Mars 2 and Earth just one moon.
12. If you weighed 150 lbs. (68 kg.) on Earth, you would weigh 159 lbs. (72 kg.) on Saturn.
